To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When will I receive my order?

At PuppyWall, every canvas is custom-made with care — so we need a bit of time to create your unique piece.

  • Production time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping time (after production):
    • United States: 4–8 business days
    • International: 5–20 business days depending on location

Total estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 6–12 business days

  • International: 7–24 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. Please also check your spam/junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

Where can I track my order?

Once your canvas is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to check the shipping status anytime.

Please note: It may take 48–96 hours after receiving your tracking ID for updates to appear. This delay is normal as some carriers only scan once the package reaches a sorting facility.

Why is my tracking info not updating?

During peak seasons or due to factors like customs, weather delays, or courier backlogs, tracking updates might be slow. Rest assured, your canvas is still on its way!

If your package hasn't moved for more than 10–15 days, please reach out to us at support@puppywall.com so we can assist you right away.

What if I didn’t get a tracking email?

Sometimes emails land in your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@puppywall.com, and we’ll resend your shipping info right away.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can update your address within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your canvas will likely already be in production and changes may not be possible. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
